STEP 1
Is Medical Cannabis right for me?
Answer a few simple questions about your medical history. In just a few minutes, you’ll know if you are a suitable candidate for medical cannabis!

STEP 2
Book an Appointment
If your self-assessment indicates that medical cannabis may be helpful, you’re ready to book an appointment with Harvest Medicine! You’ll also be asked to complete an additional, simple questionnaire to inform our healthcare practitioners of your medical history information. If you need any assistance, feel free to reach out to our patient care team. We’re here to help!
STEP 3
Meet with a Healthcare Professional
A) Set aside at least an hour on appointment day to ensure that you have all the time you need. Be sure to bring your health card information, a list of any medications you are currently taking and any additional documentation that supports your medical condition.
B) You will first meet with a healthcare practitioner and team who will complete a medication, medical history and symptom review. Provided that medical cannabis is approved for your condition & use, you will be informed of medical cannabis dosing, safety and precautions. You will have an individualized treatment plan with recommendations for suitable cannabis product types that may be effective for you. Your medical document, authorizing you use of medical cannabis and grams per day, will be prepared.
STEP 4
Meet Patient Educator & Licensed Producer Selection
After your Healthcare Practitioner consultation, you will then meet with Patient Educator who will:
Help you determine which specific products best match your treatment plan assist you with choosing and registering with the Licensed Producer that is the best fit dosage amounts and instructions on how to use your medical cannabis products answer any further questions you have about medical cannabis.
STEP 5
Licensed Producer Registration and Ordering
A) Once you have chosen the Licensed Producer that you’d like to order your medication from, the Patient Educator will forward them your medical document & assist you with registration. Your chosen Licensed Producer will contact you within 3 – 7 business days to confirm that your registration is complete. To finalize the registration process, you’ll need to visit your chosen Licensed Producer online to confirm and set up your patient account.
B) You are now ready to order your medication using your patient account! It will arrive right to your home, by chosen courier and you may begin your treatment plan.

At Harvest Medicine, we want patients to feel fully confident throughout their medical cannabis journey.
