Using a holistic approach to individual wellness, Bethany’s work focuses on the whole person; the physical, mental, and spiritual self. Her therapeutic expertise comes from working with individuals who have experienced trauma, post-traumatic stress, and other mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, substance abuse, relationship issues, life stress and challenges, grief, and loss. In addition to individual therapy, Bethany also offers and facilitates group therapy for those who have experienced trauma or have been diagnosed with post-traumatic stress. New Pathways is an ongoing therapy and support group open to veterans, first-responders and all other members of the community who have experienced trauma. New Pathways is offered online weekly and provides peer support in a confidential, non-judgmental, caring, and supportive environment where individuals can be themselves.
